Sweet Potatoes with Pampas Herbs

 
 
 

This amazing product is so versatile that I like it in any meal, sweet or savory.

Today we are making roasted sweet potatoes on the fire!

Ingredients:

  • Pampas Herbs 1 tbsp

  • Sweet Potato 1 per person

  • Butter 1 teaspoon (Olive oil for Vegan Option)

  • Aluminum Foil

Method:

  • Place a piece of aluminum foil on the cutting board, place the sweet potato inside, add the butter and season it.

  • Wrap it and close it really well so no steam escapes.

  • Place it directly on the fire, after 15 minutes turn it and let it cook for other 20 more minutes.

  • Remove the sweet potato when you can press it and it is tender.

  • Unwrap it and serve with olive oil.
