Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin
Powdered Mushrooms
Olive oil
Peppers
Corn
Method:
Mix a little mushroom powder with Patagonia Mix (Nativo Spices) to season the beef right before putting it on the grill.
Apply some olive oil to the peppers then seasoned with some Chimichurri (Nativo Spices)
Seare the tenderloin over direct heat then set it to indirect to finish cooking.
